Need For Speed: Are You Faster Than A Swimsuit Model?

We’ve been talking a lot about the race for Jack’s life in Need for Speed The Run, but what about racing for a chance to meet a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model? Starting today, gamers who can beat Chrissy Teigen’s best race time on the demo’s Desert Hills level will have a chance to meet her in person at the 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit launch week in Las Vegas – and bring three friends along for the ride.

Choose from two high-powered supercars – the Lamborghini Gallardo LP550-2 Valentino Balboni and the 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera S – as you race to the finish in the new demo for Need for Speed The Run. If you manage to survive the dash through Desert Hills and beat Chrissy’s record, tweet a picture of your winning time to @NeedforSpeed with the hash tag #NFSTheRunSI and you’ll be automatically entered for a chance to win four tickets to the launch party and two nights at the swanky Cosmopolitan hotel. If you can’t beat her record, you’d better keep practicing – or Jack may in be for some serious trouble come release time.

In Need for Speed The Run, Irina Shayk, 2011 Sports Illustrated cover model, co-stars with Chrissy Teigen as best friends and rival racers competing against Jack, the game’s on-the-run protagonist. Pre-order your copy of Need for Speed The Run on Origin today to get the Need for Speed The Run Carbon Challenge Series for fans of Need for Speed: Carbon. This free pre-order bonus includes the Corvette Z06 and Audi R8, as well as three Carbon-themed events.
